CPS provides a number of Extended Warranty and Service Contract products that are designed to help prevent failure of your
scanner where possible and to minimise downtime in the event that something does go wrong. We aim to offer a value for money
service and to keep our contracts and service provision at an affordable level.

Despite increases in the cost of spare parts (up 20% in 2009) we have not increased the cost of our contracts and have managed
to maintain an even price level for many years, this is an effective annual cost reduction for our customers when inflation is taken
into account.

We also review our service costs on a regular basis and we are very pleased to be able to make many significant cost reductions
to all contract prices from the start of 2011. There has never been a better time to give your scanner some t.l.c. or to consider
contract protection against breakdown or parts failure.
