and AtomicType Limited (collectively, "CPS Group" or "CPS") makes information, products, and services available on our Websites (each individually,
the "Site" and collectively, the "Sites"), subject to the following Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy"). Our Websites include the following domains:
www.cpsnet.co.uk, www.type.co.uk, www.fontshop.co.uk, www.atomictype.co.uk and www.webfonts.co.uk. This Privacy Policy applies to all of our

When you browse our Sites your browser automatically tells us the type of computer and operating system you're using. We also utilise tracking and

WITH SUPPLIERS PARTNERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS - to fulfil orders and to provide certain goods and services, it is necessary for CPS
Group companies to disclose personal information to other parties. Other parties include typeface foundries, typeface designers, product
manufacturers, sub-contractors and other suppliers who require personal information to complete licence and contract documentation where CPS
Group is a distributor or reseller of third party products, or to enable CPS Group to fulfil service and support obligations where CPS appoints a
sub-contractor to undertake the provision of these services.

Additional disclosure of Personal Information
In some cases we may use or disclose the information provided by you for a number of additional purposes, such as: meeting lawful, competent
governmental or judicial authority requirements; to establish or preserve a legal claim or defence; or when it is necessary to prevent fraud or other
illegal activities.

CPS Group uses administrative, technical and physical measures to protect and safeguard the personal information that we receive from you in
order to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorised access, unauthorised disclosure, alteration and destruction.

You are entitled to see the personal information that the CPS Group holds about you and you may request for a copy of this information to be sent
to you. CPS Group will charge an administration fee of £10 + VAT for providing you with these details. If you wish to change or update anything

Children
CPS Group does not actively or knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 16 and we do not market, direct any
communications to or solicit information about children. If such information is provided to the CPS Group and it is discovered that such information

Business transitions including Merger or Acquisition
If CPS Group undergoes a business transition such as re-organisation, merger, joint venture, acquisition by another company or the sale of all or a
